We cannot say enough praises for the job that MNM and Sons, Inc., Mark Calderon did remodeling our home in Dewey, Arizona. When we purchased the bank owned property little did we realize the horror story awaiting us. Because we were then living in New Mexico, time constraints forced us to purchase the house sight unseen. Boy, were we in for a shock! Previous owners had left several large dogs unattended in the place for an extended period of time, resulting in extensive damage the mind can barely imagine. Even our realtor was shocked, stating it was the filthiest property she had seen during her 25 years of selling homes. (The interior needed a complete makeover.) Coordinating a remodel project from afar is not an easy task, but the transformation that took place under Mark's guidance was miraculous. Mark's bid was very fair considering the amount of work that needed to be done. His attention to detail and concerns for cost over runs were very apparent from the get-go. The quality and promptness of the work performed by subcontractors were exceptional. The remodeling project far exceeded our wildest expectations – we have already received a cash offer double what the house cost! We will definitely use Mark for any future projects.

Mark was the general contractor for our extensive remodel of a dentist's office into a coffee shop/cafe space for the Pony Espresso Cafe in Prescott Valley, AZ. We could not have been more pleased with the work that Mark did for us. In every aspect of the job, he focused on how to get the most quality for the least money. He had options ready for us at every turn and helped us make the right decisions each time. Mark was also extremely helpful in working out all the little details that had to be taken care of regarding permits for construction, permits from the Health Dept and any little detail that happened to spring up during the build out. His extensive knowledge and experience came in handy on multiple occasions. Mark also did a great job of managing the subcontractors, again picking the best value for us each time and making sure that his subs were on time and doing what they needed to do. Mark was ALWAYS punctual, on time and maintained the schedule we agreed upon up front. We approached Mark about the possibility of remodeling the great-room of our home. Mark showed up with detailed plans and permits to start the job and was on-site everyday as the subcontractors showed up to work. Mark took great care and consideration of the impact on our inside living space, installing plastic sheeting on the tile and carpet and around the internally exposed work area to keep dust from overtaking everything inside. His crew cleaned up every single piece of construction refuse when the job was complete. Everything was completed just as we planned and more beautiful that we could have imagined. Mark is very creative in designing and is a man of great integrity. The only mistake you will make with Mark is to not hire him to do your job.
